this can just be 'downloaded' or 'purchased'. unfortunately, i've had a few run ins with people either tracing or getting the base from their friends/another source with my other bases, so i'm going to be strict about this. ^{If too many people ignore this rule, i'll pull the base and refund everyone who purchased.}

that nastiness aside, here's another (cheap!) p2u base!
